User metadata gets you deeper insights when using Temporal:

  • Workflow Summaries: Great for big picture descriptions of Workflows & Child Workflows
  • Workflow Details: Attach Markdown to workflows for dynamic run books, realtime status updates, etc.
  • Activity Summaries: Dynamically tag Activity Executions so you have top-level view of what your activities are doing
  • Timer Summaries: Add context to timers so you never lose track of what each timer is tracking
