Namespaces with High Availability (Multi-region Replication, Multi-cloud Replication, Same-region Replication) can move a replica to a different region without a 7-day waiting period. First delete the old replica, then immediately add a new replica in a different region.
Previously, after removing a replica, a Namespace had to wait 7 days before adding a new replica. Now, a new replica can be created immediately after deleting the old replica, as long as it is in a different region from the old replica, or any other replica the Namespace has had in the past 7 days. There is still a 7-day waiting period between removing a replica and adding a replica back to that same region.
