Today we're sharing two exciting updates for teams building on Google Cloud.
First, our integration with the Google Gen AI Python SDK is now in Public Preview. Developers building agents with Gemini, whether through the Gemini Developer API or Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform API, can now get Temporal's durability built in automatically: every content generation, function call, and chat session survives a crash, timeout, or restart without losing progress or repeating work.
Over the past year, we have expanded this ecosystem integration significantly across several key fronts:
- Agent Orchestration via Google ADK: Through our Google ADK integration, developers can ensure that stateful agent orchestration remains durable by default.
- Serverless Workers for Cloud Run: Available in pre-release, Serverless Workers for Google Cloud Run helps teams operate Temporal Workers without managing underlying virtual machine infrastructure.
Our Google Gen AI SDK integration, now in Public Preview, builds on this work, extending that same durability to teams calling Gemini directly rather than building on top of a full agent framework.
Second, Temporal Cloud is now officially available on Google Cloud Marketplace with a flexible, pay-as-you-go pricing model.
For engineering organizations already operating on Google Cloud, this launch enables seamless procurement through the same console, unified billing under a single invoice, and the ability for eligible customers to draw down existing Google Cloud committed spend.

- Select Subscribe to initiate setup.
- Complete the brief sign-up process. Your billing will seamlessly sync with Google Cloud and your $1,000 starter credit will be automatically applied.
Purchasing through Google Cloud Marketplace can reduce separate contracting, billing, and administrative steps for teams already using Google Cloud.
