Logixboard integrates Temporal with their customer systems to improve the overall experience for customs brokers and forwarders in the logistics space.

The integration with existing ERP systems was simple at first, but quickly grew in complexity with poor failure modes and limited observability. The team chose to rebuild the system and used Temporal to do so.
