By default, all Namespaces start with On-Demand mode at 500 APS, scaling automatically based on 7-day usage.

Optionally, you can switch to Provisioned^* to set capacity with Temporal Resource Units (TRUs), each adding 500 APS. You'll get a base number of Actions/hr, and pay only for usage beyond that.
